As a teenager, Paul became the leader of a youth movement in his home city in Canada, which touched hundreds of young people and was critical in setting the direction for Paul’s life. Shortly after becoming a church pastor in his early twenties, Paul began to be disillusioned with the church and started to ask the question, “What church did Jesus go to?” His longing to experience life the way Jesus taught compelled Paul to leave organized church.
Paul is happy to be out in the real world. By day, he works for Manitoba Department of Labour and Immigration. Evenings and weekends are devoted to his wife and four children. As a singer and songwriter, Paul also spends some of his time in the studio and is a main organizer behind a regular benefit concert event called FUSION.
